well they do, do something if they are the right ones. like spoon ones have a stronger compound. and have some kinda structure built in em. when doing extreme driving. which probably wont happen much other than racing. the hoses will collapse from the pressure. doing of course choking the coolant. not much to worry about unless you're some kinda N1 racer. i myself are looking for a spoon alternative. that is cheaper. as ive felt spoon ones inside a running car. and stock ones. i can squeeze the stock one to a pancake. and literally pinch it off with my hand. as where the spoon i cant completely. i could with pliers or something. but my lil asian hands cant get the corners to flatten out like the stock hoses do.

I dont think Ive ever heard of a new (not 10yr old busted ***) hose that couldnt handle most of the HP on the streets. I cant really see it being worth it.

Guys,...haha, omg, he bought blue hoses, who cares? It'll make his engine bay look pretty sic if its clean and has matching colors. You guys all seem to compliment people on clean nice looking engine bays. I mean, you all wash your cars don't you? Why waste the money washing your car? Eh, add up all those car washes.... save those pennies..... Get rid of that stereo, sell it on cheesebay, don't need no heater in the dead of winter, cause it will add 2lbs and take my power away which will mean I will run .000000000000000001 slower in the quarter mile which all adds up ya know...lol j/k
