OK I had one hell of a shitty night. Fisrt off I'm coming back from the spot in Miami and im on the highway on the far right going with traffic at like 75. People start to merge and someone cuts in front of me so i slam on my brakes and slow to like 45 and all of the sudden BOOOM this grand marquis POS with hyperwites plows into me HARD. So me and my friend and panicing and pull over, we get out ready to start screaming and theres no car there. So we hurry and call the cops and all and tell them what happen. Then I look at the car and oddly the only damage is the bumper is scraped up and sagging, its prolly all internal damage. anyways we wait 45 MINUTES and still no cop. Mind you this is a hit and run. We flag down a cop and they say "thats highway patrol jurisdiction, sorry" and leaves . SO im fed up by now, the guys long gone and the only reason I call is to catch the guy so my friend calls back and goes nuts on the dispatcher, cusses them out and hangs up and we leave, very pissed.

So off to the races we go (yea yea ive heard it all about racing, I mainly just watch), and this Teg and Lude line up to race and they race, and some guy nobody knows ina Grand Prix decides to follow right on the ludes ***. so the 2 cars slow and start to make their U turns, not knowing the jackass is right on their ***, the girl in the teg gets T boned by the Grand prix. Fender, front suspension, door, quarter panel, all trashed. The smell of antifreeze is everywhere. Totalled for sure. Then the guy in the grand prix had the nerve to say he was gonna tell the cops that he was driving home from work and that the 2 racers cut him off, etc. So basically everyone was ready to kick his ***.

BTW it took cops over an hour to reach the scene of the wreck, when the girl was injured. You have no idea how much I hate cops right now.

And dont give me that **** about street racing, it does nothing but cause arguments.

Ya I feel for ya -- I also got rear-ended on a highway a few years ago, and similarly the other guy took off while I was still trying to figure out wtf had happened.

On the bright side, I got a 98+ rear bumper (cost was same as a 97), tho the amount i paid for my hit/run deductible I think I could've bought that had I really wanted one anyway.

 

yea i wasnt worried about the damage, if he would have stopped i would have said dont worry about it and that would have been it, but the ****** left and im not lettin that happen.

and get this, we get to the races and theres 3 state troopers patroling a NEIGHBORHOOD

wtf? other than the street racing/2nd part.. the same thing happened to me..

I was slowing to avoid a previous accident/stalled vehicle.. then the guy in back of me in a late 80's-early 90's Black GMC Jimmy rear ends me and takes off (hit and run)... so I know exactly how you feel... sorry about your accident...

for me the CHP came really quick because there was a previous accident which someone probably called and they were en-route when I got rear ended
