Default poly inserts

when you buy a complete set of poly inserts for mounts, tranny, suspension, etc... do you have to press them in? how do you take out the old bushings and put the new polys in? what about the motor mounts? does it go in the same way as the rest? especially, the driver side one. isnt filled with a liquid or something?

For the motor mount inserts you don't need a press to get them in, just some muscle The ES inserts only have inserts for the lowers mounts and the rear.

For the full suspension set, I do believe you need a press to get them all out and new ones in. Knowing me, I'd try and find a way around that as I'm sure others have as well

I did. I used my torch to burn out the old bushing, then I used a saw-zall (sp?) to get the metal round part of the bushing out of whatever it was in, then I used a large socket and put it over the new bushing and banged it with a hammer. I did this on my rear LCA's so far and it worked.

is it true that poly inserts in the suspension make it too stiff and it makes it squeek? how much do these go for? if it adds more handling power to the car then ill buy some, but price and where?
