how to install side markers?

does anybody here know how to install ef sidemarkers? like wiring wise to make it blink on turn signals..

since i have the stanley clears i have em wired to the old corner bulb stays on and flashes

i tapped my corners that blink with my signal. but that are always on when the 1/4 lights are on... go to my webpage on my sig... i kinda did a explanation there
