JDM cluster,please help. did search!!!
I got a JDM 99 cluster and was trying to fit it onto a 2000 R. I swapped the green film at the back and the speedometer does not work. Everything else works fine. anyone be able to help?

I don't think you needed to swap the green film...but it should have worked, none-the-less. Did you try putting the OEM one back in?
