how do i adjust VIS V-spec coilover ?

how do i adjust VIS V-spec coilover ?
I was just trying to adjust the height of my ride and was wondering how do i adjust the coilovers? I have the two keys... but which way do i turn it seemed stuck??

i think you need to go clockwise on the bottom one then counter on the other i have those coilovers on my hatch love, just hate the 1000 lbs springs i have in the back makes the ride shitty
