AWD CRX Turbo -> well actually 4X4 looks cool...

pretty cool. Only problem so far is the oil feed line for turbo is tapped off the vtec thingy. should be at back of block.

those rear axles and diffs are gonna exploe when they subjected to more then like mmm 250hp. Just my 02 cents but i would of had some custom axles and diffs made to handle the power. Looks kool tho.

too bad that oil feed is like the worst spot to tap into, it only gets maxium pressure when vtec is engauged.. otherwise its just run off.
Personally I think its a complete waste of time.. but man if it came out "perfect" I bet it would be a fun car to drive..

that **** is crazy. how does tha realtime awd work. is like sends power from the wheels that slip to the wheels that grip??? u know like fwd untill u break the tires loose then sends power to th rears. and what do u estimate this costs??
Wow, that is truly impressive. I've always contemplated about doing a project such as that after I got a real job. AWD (or 4x4 as he stated) and turbo, it doesn't get any better than that!

front wheels slip the clutches in the driveshaft spin at different speeds, creating friction, thus causing the fluid to expand pushing the clutch plates together and spinning the rear wheels
i've heard of people wanting to do this, but never seen it done. i'm impressed. i want to know the difference between Hondas full time 4wd and a conventional AWD system in a Subaru or Mitsu.

seems like a waste of time/effort/money. But, if they are bored, got the time, and have money to spend...
Canadians are weird though
wow, impressive. Its like the idea I had 2 years ago came true right in front of me. I bet you that thing is a blast an a half to drive. Time to rally that bitch
well, i admie the guy for just trying it, you have to kinda give him credit. if he has/could get that running runiing good as far as the awd, his car would be so KICK ***! imagine, thats like HAVING A 2100 POUND dsm awd turbo. with even more power. pulling on doadge vipers out of the hole, that would be so dope. forgive me if this is a little sloppy, i had a meeting with captain morgan, and im kinda dizzy. peace yo!
that shiz is dope...props to whoever did it and i hope everything works out good with it for him...very nice im impressed
ee4 is the 4wd 4dr wagon.
awd is all the wheels spin all the time
4wd (rt4wd) the front ones have power and if they slip then the rear ones kick in

You guys aren't realizing that the honda torque split is uber crappy! No DSM power here, it's like 80%F and 20%R. Man I feel sorry for whoever did that! All that money.
its not awd, there is no percentage split, its in proportion to the amount of slipping in the front wheels. this is the last time i try to explain this to people who have no idea what they're talking about.
Too bad he couldnt have axles made for the rear and stronger diff and lock it in all the time for a true awd system rather than the stock honda setup.
