I bought it from a H-T member. He stated it was pulled from his 93 hatch. As you can see it isn't. It is not wide enough to go across the whole hatch area and it is so long you can not close the tailgate. It was also supposed to be blackHere's some pics:








This is what the hatch cover should have looked like.

 

I believe that one is from a 96+ HB. Because of the insides there are speakers mounted there that is why it dips in.

I looked at the pics of your "old hatch", it did not have a cargo cover?

Not sure, but it kinda looks like a 94 up Integra. Wrong car and wrong color?! That sucks, hope you get your money back from that guy, not cool.

 

OHHHHHH ok I am sorry, yeah that might be a teg one. I have never owned anything newer then a 92 so I dont really look at the others too often.

 

I just searched "Acura cargo cover" on ebay. None of them look like the one I received. I don't even think it was from a Honda.

 

Looks like a '93 Integra 2 dr rear deck to me. But what do I know?

Damn, ya know what, my buddy had a 93 Integra, and I remember we put speakers in the rear deck, they sit right where it curves inward on the skinny end of the cover, I'll be it is a 90-93 cargo cover on me for thinking 94 up.

Well, he did say "93 hatch" and the I suppose the Integra would qualify as such . . . however it's a very misleading description. Most people automatically think of an EH Civic when they hear "93 hatch."

 

Well I posted a ad in classifieds titled "WTB black EG cargo cover". The seller stated it came off of his 93 Civic hatchback.

 

OK, well that's definitely an intentional scam then.

 

Keep this one up top....I'd like to know the outcome of this. If you could please, PM the user who sold you this item.

Well, it looks like I'm going to be screwed out of $60.00. He is sticking with his story about it coming from his hatch.

Here's what he had to say when I asked for a refund.

 

Since I work for the federal govt. and have tons of time on my hand I will be filing mail fraud charges and internet fraud charges on him Monday while I'm at work.
