Default Tired of car not starting!!!!!!!! HELP!!!

Hey everyone... I need your help. My car does not start only when it is cold. During the afternoon when it is warmer, it starts no prob. The car does not even crank... it just clicks once and thats it. I thought it was the starter but I tried 2 of them and same problem. I hooked up cables to another car battery and tried jumping it and that does not work. I even cleaned the connection on the ground battery and to the starter. There is power because my lights and stuff turn on. Someone please help me... i am so tired trying to find the problem. Lastly, can there be a possibility that my IACV or EACV be bad? Can the car actually start with a bad IACV or EACV? Thanks for all the help!

you might want to check the ignition wire harness they are notorious for going bad and there was even a recall on it for some years.........

The symptoms sound like the battery doesn't have enough poop to crank the engine, or the cables don't have a good enough connection. Since you tried to jump from another vehicle, we could probably rule out the battery. This leaves the cables as suspect. Just for fun, next time it happens, run one side of your jumper cables from the negative battery post to a good solid ground on the engine. If that works, your negative cable or connections are bad. It's a little tougher to jump the positive cable, but if you see a way to do it, you could rule in or out the positive cable, too.

BTW, the IACV, etc, play no role in allowing the engine to crank.
