i was reading one of these post about the dx crx and how it was fast but i was wondering if that stuff is possible with a 91 si crx ........ my friend bought a crx from a junk yard we had to replace every body panel on the thing and it ened up primered we did little things like a cai ... 2 1/2 exhaust with no cat or muffler but left the stock exhaust manifold on and lowered it .....but all that sounds like it wouldnt be that fast but in the dash it said it only had 60k on the car now do you think it would be possible for this car to run a 15.01 with just the little things we did i never check to see if it had a different ecu but the reve limiter was at 8200 evrything all looked stock the first nite we had the car done we took it to a local crusing strip jsut started whooping on all the other hondas out there it didnt seem right but we even race a stang that ran a 14.8 and we were head to head with him the whole time ........ this car would even go 130 maybe 135 but this car was a reason i bought a crx but i was disapointed that it wasnt reving to 8 grand like his ...so wut do you guys think could have been done to this car ............

 

stock Si has a rev limiter of 7400 rpm

 

has a teg ecu i bet non obd 90 - 91

Hey yo hes right I got this car that runs 14.2s at 116 mph in the quarter from a junkyard for 100 bones and it whoops on everybody but it is stock and I dont think it has anything done but the usual non mufffler ricer mods with the 20 dollar discount auto parts air filter and I want to get more power so I think I'm gonna get 3 t66 turbos with a spoon engine and a motec system exhaust and some NAWS then I will be F&F stylin all the way to Etown yo

Probably just needs new muffler bearings and blinker fluid refill and it will run 10's. "I do owe you a 10 second car." LOL
