Default KYB AGX with ITR springs worth it?

I am running on ITR springs with stock shocks for about a year now. I was thinking of getting a set of kyb agx shocks but am not sure if it would be worth using it with the itr springs. Anyone running ITR springs with KYB AGX shocks?

My bro-in-law is getting that exact setup installed next week in his Civic. I'm running ITR springs, but since I want to lower the car another .5" and in the future possibly upgrade to Ground Control coilover sleeves, I'm going with Neuspeed Konis.
