I was thinking of buying a JDM CRX but dont know who imports them. Do any of u have them and how hard is it to get it leagal. Got to love the glas roof. I heard there was a guy in my area importing them but i am not sure. Thanx for the help.

plan on paying at lease 5g's for one if you go through a distributor for them. They want to make money so they jack up the price a rediculous amount. Personaly I would never get one third party. I would rather fly over ther. Pic out what I want and be able to phisicly touch it and see it. That way I know what I would be getting. It would probley cost less money that way too. I usaully see them sell for right around $1000 USD in japan. The thing that kills most ppl is shipping. (depends on where you live). and all the little taxes you have to pay to get it through customs. Not to mention all the stuff you have to do to it if you want it road legal or even drivable for that matter. I was considering doing the same thing, but once i started looking into cost its just not worth it. For the money spent and what your getting. I may do it later, but For sure im going to need to see and drive the car.

Your best bet if you really want to do it. is to either go to japan or somplace with the RHD car that you want and look at it there and take importing it over into your own hands. If your not up for that then try hard to find one that is already in the US. Good luck with what ever you do.
