Default Steering Wheel Vibration in a 97 civic hatch

Ok, my steering wheel wobbles when i get up to freeway speed, around 60-70. It first started as a small vibration but its getting slightly more wobbly. A while ago i got my front passenger side lower control arm bent from a confrontation with a curb. I replaced the LCA and i noticed that there was cv greese all over the place. I'm thinking its the axle but i heard they only vibrate while accelerating my car wobbles when it gets to speed. Can it just be the front wheels needing to be rebalanced or can it be the axles.

could just be alignment, tire balance issue. My steering wheel shake a bit at freeway speeds as well. Im going to get my tires balanced/rotated and my alignment done. try it out, if it doesnt fix anything at least you know that isnt the problem

yeah, I ruled out alignment kinda because i just had it done not more then 3 months ago. I'm hoping its not the wheels because all four are about 3 months old also. After my car got stolen it looked like the thieves went and rallied the car because mud was all over. Is it possible for wheel wieghts to just pop off.

I would put money on the wheel being bent.
Take it to a tire shop and ask them to balance
your wheel. If you talke the wheel off and look at
it you minght notice that its not perfectly round.
If you dont want to go to a tire shop try putting the
wheel on the back of your car. It still shakes but it wont
make the Steering Wheel vibarate.

If it just vibrates then it may just be your wheels needing balanced like the others have said.

If it pulls to one side or another, then it may be just the tires.

it could be low tire pressure happenes to me all the time had a slow leak in the front left. balence issue ( make sure the place you get them done at uses a static balencer. or it could be a bent wheel. have them check when they balence them but unless the people doing the work are stupid they will be able to tell because the wheel will balence out like poo poo. also if a wheel is bent put it on the rear if only one is bent right rear less likely to feel it. anyway shope i helped. ( use to work at a tire shop for 2 years ): )
