Putting in the B20 soon some questions
Heres what i got
b20 (duh)
LS tranny
ss header
90 teg axles
hasport shiftlinkage
LS ecu
LS Dizzy
mounts is what im waitin on
soon to have clutch & pp (buyin as we speak)
What else do I need? Im keeping the stock fuel setup (injectors)
that is obd2 cause Im goona wire em up to work.
I was thinkin about gettin a FPR but do I really need to?
Do I need a mount on the drivers side to match up with HASPORTs
mounts? I've herd that you need a different one. Anything else that I might need?
It doesnt seem right= I've almost got all the parts for the swap!

you'll need injectors from a non-obd honda, I think the B20 has a taller IM so I would just swap it with a 90-91 Ls IM and call it a day although I heard those IM's suck. If your ordering a mount kit, use all the mounts that come with it, you'll need it.
I plan on keepin it obd2 injectors (c my post in tech) anyways I got the JDM B20B which comes w/ the LS style IM. Any other lil things that I might forget?

The drivers side block mount (cast) on the B20 will not bolt up to an aftermarket MM kit. You need the DS block mount off a B16a.

You may need an intermediate shaft, flywheel, and maybe a b16/18 crank pulley so it won't overdrive the alternator.

Have you ordered mounts yet? My mounts have been tested in a CR-VTEC 89 EF hatch with 55 shot nitrous. The car has been run rather hard for 25,000 miles and still running strong. The mounts can take the torque.
I plan on boosting to 12psi w/ 550cc injectors and Zdyne standalone. When the sleeves crack I'm going to rebuild it. hehe. About the FPR> do I need one? I'll be running the RR4 ECU which has fuel maps for a 1.8. E-mail me at extremeist45@hotmail.com with pictures of the mounts how much do they run?
