EG or Ek with loan....
When I sell my current car I will either be able to buy an EG for $900 with lots of dents and bad paint and drop in a b18c5 or get a small loan on an EK and drop in a b18c5.
I think that if you fixed up the dented EG Civic and gave a new paint job I think it'll look way nicer, but I'd have to say that the EK Civic has the better interior. Just my opinion.

The c5 was not built for turbo, it was made for N/A.
The c1 is the best boostable Honda engine IMO

In fact I don't. I have turbo lag. I would much rather have a high compression built NA motor that go boost.
But, if he want's a sleeper, boost is the way to go. It's cheap comapred to NA and just as effective.
I think a boosted C1 would walk on a C5 depending on boost.
