Clarification Question:
Was the 10W30 synthetic, and the 20W50 dino oil? Both syn, both dino?

fyi i dont know why its burning... it was fine WITH my turbo but i started losing oil after i took it off. not a single drop under where the car parks btw.
Check you compression and do a leakdown test. Your ring seal is probably shot, either that or if the car gives a nice white cloud whenever you start it up it's the valve seals. The only two places oil can go are out the tailpipe or onto the ground.

20W50 is a higher viscosity oil that burns much slower. I had the same problem in my eclipse, then I ran 20W50 and it burned slower, but 20W50 is bad for your engine. Fix your oil burning problem instead of risking ruining your motor.

it's your rings, because when you had the turbo on there was force that expanded the rings. when you took the turbo off, the rings aren't forced enough to seal. Think of it as a tired and worn out spring(it will sag). Hope you get what I'm saying.
goodluck.
