Default big problem

alright, so i did my zc swap last week to replace my blown zc, and i got a zc (lsd) tranny with the motor, and everything was PERFECT for a week, and yesterday, i go to start it up in the driveway, and the clutch pedal sinks to the floor and there's nothing but free play in the lever on the tranny (where the cable attaches). the clutch cable is NOT broken. im thinking that it is something to do with the lever assembely or the throwout bearing, hopefully it's nothing major. any thoughts?

TIA

i thought that for a second ... but i was able to drive the car home (without clutch of course) and i dont hear anything rattling around in it, so i kinda ruled that out, though i guess anything is possible. we'll find out tomorrow when i pull the sonofa-b. guess that's what i get for getting a "napa" clutch
