I know these 2 chassis are similar or very nearly the same, I just wanted to make sure. Can you use Integra suspension on the Civic? What else can be interchangeable?

 

Yes the chassis are the same and you can use Integra suspension on a Civic. Do a search and you will find plenty of info on suspension swaps. You can also swap motors, some interior, etc.

 

They are exact twins when it comes to bolting in suspension , so long as you have complete systems , like if you wanted to add a rear sway then you need the swabar and all accesories with it to include lower control arms from the donor car, they are the most compatible cars on the honda line up , you can completely unbolt the complete suspension ( front and rear) off of a 3rd gen integra and bolt it to a 5 gen civic
