Is this a 2.5"? Does it include a resonator? Why local only? Too much trouble to ship?

yeah i checked it out, thanx, i would be interested if it was completely stainless steel and had NO rust, but i can't afford another exhaust that rusts, like i said before, the only reason why i am in the market for a second aftermarket exhaust is because my 5zigen fireball rusted to **** and now has a big hole in it
