Weird Idle when starting the car after it has been sitting for a long while.
You know when you start the car in the morning or when its been sitting a long while, the idle starts around or between 2000 and 3000 and then gradually goes down to normal idle? Well when mine is started in the morning, the idle is around 900 or 1000, then it gradually increases to the 2000 or 3000 range and then it goes back down to normal. Should I be worried about this?

I'm a moron and just read your sig....anyways, I don't think it's a problem if everything seems to run fine. Mine also does that from time to time and I've never ran into any issues. Maybe check your plugs and cap just to be safe.

It does not sound very strange, as long as the car does not stall and it runs fine, dont worry about it... I have something like that, but my idle never goes over 1500-2000 rpms even in the morning.
