Anybody missing any of these? Mine keep popping off, and I can't figure out why. I have a leak on the passenger side, but this couldn't be the cause of that could it?

 

Don't know, but looks like it's CT inspection time! Why are your wiper arms not matching the color of the wiper ends?

 

NO those dont prevent leaks, they just hold your wiper cal on.

 

CT doesn't have inspection right now, so we're all waiting. I painted them at the same time, so its probably the angle. (or the layer of dirt)

 

Yes those commonly pop out as the car gets older.

Solution?

Just buy new ones and pray that they don't pop out.

I replaced all of those on my fiancee's 1992 Si hatch when I was building my Silver hatch. I had some left over when I bought my new trim pieces because nobody told me that the new cowl piece came with all of those bottuns already.

 

put a couple drops of silicon on the back or some other adhesive like stuff and they should stay put better

BTW... just buy new plugs... or, if you have a leak and have full insurance coverage, go to a windshield place, tell them you have a leak, and want a new windshield, and those plugs replace, smash the windshield, get a new one, and get them to take care of it...
