need help with 92 integra

did a ls to ls swap but changed the car over to standard witch was auto everything works, starts and ect but will not go over 3,000 rmp can some one tell me what it could be.

check the throttle cable first (ie the obvious stuff).

are getting a CEL? It sounds like it. Try reseting the ECU.

if u need a 92 integra ls manual ecu, lemme know. i've got one just chillen here. if i'm reading this right...this should be your problem.
