It seems you have no valid case.

1. You bought the car as an as in condition.
2. You are disputing the car a YEAR after the thing was fix? IF you had disputed it immediately, you would have a case. A year after? That is highly suspicious. You could've changed/altered the suspension in some way, whether it be an accident, or just a poor lowering job.

There's no reason why you should double post. There's already the other thread for this. I hope this topic gets locked.

Also, you need to watch your mouF.

Thank you RJ for handling that idiot for me. I am in DIRE need of the original thread which he has linked too in this thread. My attorney needs it to finish up the suit in which we have drawn up against him. If anyone could assist me in locating that thread, it would be much appreciated.
