the upper control arm, steering knuckle, or lower control arm is probably bent. you should just get the whole wheel hub assembly for that side from a junkyard or something. which side is it. I might able to help you, i have some of those parts... I live in New Orleans.
Also, try giving sonic boom a call, they usually have stuff like that....Don't know why...chop chop
