Default 97 Civic Question.

i just did a mini me swap into my 97 dx from a 98ex head. guy sent me a harness so i used that. Well everythings back together but haven't gotten it started yet. little timing problem but i have a question about plugs

On the Passenger side right by the battery is this plug, its blue. What does it go to?

And on the drivers side right by the firewall up on top of the one post is this white plug. What does it go to?

Are these connections for something that was stock on the EX?

should i do anything about them?

it might be the line that connects to your intake. if you dont have a place for it to connect to then just put a breather filter on it.
