Are there any problems with the following.. (I searched and couldnt find anything)
My 1994 Honda Civic SI (VTEC SOHC), motor and auto tranny just blew up...the engine had 350,000 KM
So i am planning to keep the car for another year so with that in mind, I got an engine already for the car and these are my questions:
I have a 1997 Honda Civic DX Engine and auto tranny..
Can I use the old Civic SI Intake manifold onto the DX engine and as well the valve cover?..
are there any problems I am going to face with putting a non-vtec engine into my SI??
the engine never came with a ECU could I still use the old SOHC VTEC or am I just asking for trouble?
