finally got everyting together! go to start up and power comes on, but will not even attempt to crank over, kinda clicks and just stops. battery is brand new, could it be the starter? maybe even wiring? some help please maybe? thanks

 

Whenever I encounterd that problem...where the starter just clicks it was a dead or weak battery.

 

yeah but we used also battery that was just running in my friends car...is it still the battery?

 

Check your ground straps. There should be two, one on the transmission and one on the valve cover.
