I am thinking about buying a set b+g coilovers for my R from a friend. Do any of you have any experience with this brand.

I won't look into a suspension that the manufacturer doesn't even bother to list their spring rates, just amount of drop......

I was irritated when I saw no spring rates either, hmm...I called them and this is what they had to say.

front: 7k or (392lb/112lb helper spring)
rear: 5k or (280lb/112lb helper spring)

Would you all rather have these coil overs or a set of custom Ground Control/Bilsteins.

That's better. At least they *know* what rates they are.

But for $1450 new, I would definitely look into something else that are more popular --- less chance to make a mistake, even if you save a few hundreds for a used set.
