Which should I go with, the Apex'i WS or the GReddy Power SP? And please dont throw in Kteller8's custom exhaust because I know about it. I have a $100 credit at a shop for an order that fell through, so I need to use it.

i picked apex-i just because i think it has a cooler name.
i personally have an apex-i n1 muffler ran through custom piping.
i have heard them both, i think they both sound okay, though.

you need to decide on your own, we can give you enough info to make an educated choice but the desicion is up to you

 

they are 2 different exhausts, the WS is quieter and the Greddy is louder, i would rather have the greddy in this case

 

i think the complete opposite, the greddy is TOO loud, my frond has SP on his LS teggi and its just too damn loud

 

Can you get your hands on a GReddy Evo? One will be going on my car in the near future. From what I've heard, it only gets really loud when you reach the higher RPMs.

 

I have the Greddy SP. I recommend this exhaust because of the looks/tone it has.

 

Unfortuanently the exhaust's made for the 4g accord are limited. I want the GReddy Evo, but all they make for the 4g is the Power SP. I was thinking GReddy, but simply wanted to get a second opinion first.

 

I went with the apexi cause I got the catback for a hookup price.

I also like the greddy if I could have found a better deal.

werd, i'm switching to ws this spring. i have had my thermal muffler and custom pipe for 3 years now and i'm sick of the noise.

 

Also, does anyone know if there is enough difference in hp gained to matter?

 

I have the greddy PE for the 5th gen and it's not that loud unless you're flooring it. Once I installed a high flow cat it got really loud and I had my VAFC installed yesterday and it got even louder. But it's not the obnoxious loudness because with the VAFC my intake is louder then my exhaust. I'd suggest the greddy through personnal experience.

If you want quiet then stay stock! IMO

 

nope, buy an exhuast based on look, quality, and sound cause power is all about the same.

 

Figured as much, just better off to make sure.

exactly...fireballed my **** everytime I floor it..

N1 is good gain in hp..only noisy..
I would get some universal n1(if they make any) and get
custom piping on it..cheaper too

 

Go with the WS. It's quieter and cleaner looking. Unless of course, you want the bigger exhaust look and noise. Some people like the noise, some don't. It's personal preference. Don't expect much performance diff from either one.

 

Go WS cause you could feel the pull at Top-end. WS nice looks good and quiet. so Go WS they good and affortable $600. Full Cat.

 

it all comes down to brand preference on this one... do you already have or are you going to get any other apexi or greddy parts for your car..? i'd go with the apexi ws... quiet performance exhaust..? sleeper yo..! to me, the ws looks more modern and the sp seems outdated... -good luck...
