computer chip for 91 integra
Your post is very vague. What kind of chip are you looking for? What kind of modifications do you have done to your car already?
If you have basic bolt ons, a chip won't do anything to your car at all. Once you do major work (headwork, turbo, etc), then a chip will help drastically. Our Hondas don't respond as well to chips as many other manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Audi, etc. They already have a factory turbo as well, so upping the boost and adjusting the timing is easy.
Decide what your goal of your car is...All motor? Forced induction? Then ask again and we can help you out.
With a carbon fiber hood, it all depends on the quality you want. There is VIS and FiberImages which have cheaper alternatives as opposed to Mugen and Spoon and whatnot. There are many different qualities and designs of CF hoods.
Do a search on here on CF hoods and engine management and you'll find lots of good information about your post.
