Default OT: fittment question J's/mugen

I know this going to sound stupid, but do you think that the J's "sausage" intake arm would fit with the mugen intake system. I understand that it would need some modification but as far as room in the engine bay do you think it would fit?

J's is pretty cramped. Mugen is REALLY cramped with AC. My reasoning would say no.

Mugen fits OVER the stock intake arm, which is NEVER larger than 3" ID.
The end of the J's intake arm where the filter connects is AT LEAST 4" ID, if not slightly larger.

You would have to make massive alterations.

Isn't the J's intake arm also longer then the stock arm?
