Can you hear the main relay click when the CEL goes off. Turn on the switch and when the CEL goes off will hear the main relay click, if not its going/gone bad.
Yep I had a bad ground to the main relay AND a bad fuel pump. Took a while to figure out. Simplist thing to do is swap out the main relay and if it still doesnt work use a multimeter and check the wires out using your manual.
Check all the fuses.
Mine blew once... it was very tough to notice. I would have never caught it if I hadn't removed every single fuse an looked at it.
[edit] blue... blew... their... they're... there... your... you're...

Yea, the day after I installed my walbro it blew the fuse for the alternator or some ****. That's why I say just check out all the fuses, get a test light, ground it, and touch the small metal square on the top of each fuse (2 on each) and make sure the both either light up or dont.
UPDATE:
i replaced the main relay..and i turned the ignition to "on" to hear the fuel pump..but i still did not hear anything...then i peeked under and i saw fuel leaking out...damn this shizzzz..what else could it be?
