I have been recently offered 16k by two people, but they are lagging in terms of getting their loans together. In looking at my budget, in comparison to what I owe and have spent into the car, this is the only chance to come close to breaking even.
The 99 Si is in high demand when compared to the newer Si's. If I don't sell and upgrade now I never will.

If you are serious about purchasing feel free to PM or email me with your information including Location and Telephone #. I would rather not post up a list of mods on the internet to prevent theft.
Thanks,
Cruzer

NP. All admit that the 180 is shocking/impressive, especially considering what the setup was intended for (reliabilit and streetability).
