it's not ****, but it's effectiveness depends on whether or not your motor needs different fuel delivery from what it's getting now. Unless someone posts up a dyno chart with a nearly identical engine setup to yours, the information will be useless.

true, but bye using a VFAC will there be a noticable increase in power if tuned correctly when used on a engine that is FAR from "factory tuned", so to speak.

it depends a lot on what mods you have. in my opinion, a vafc is most effective if you have big cams or some kind of FI

My setup is, as listed: 94 integra GSR, Ls/Vtec B18a block,B16a head, B16b 81.25mm pistons/rings, factory modified rods, ARP rod bolts, JDM SiR P30 ecu, stock injectors, and acutally I plan on pickup up some 97 spec ITR cams tomarrow and installing a B&M FPR. Just ball park guessing. Would this setup benifit from the mods listed or would the results remain unnoticable if you will. thanks for helping guys.

Yes, that ECU is not tuned to feed fuel for a 1.8L with ITR cams and a ~12:1 CR. Nor is the timing correct for the compression.

This is the link to my plot for a h22a4. This was done on an otherwise stock car - not even a CAI at the time. The only noticable diffrence was at the crossover point. According to the graph, at the x-over pt, I gained ~15whp. Not bad IMO.
