thinking about buying a crx or crx shell...

Default thinking about buying a crx or crx shell...

What kinna things should i look for when i'm buying a crx? Is there anything special about any of the years or can i buy a real JDM one? So far i'm looking at finding a 91 crx si because of the brakes and sway bars... what do you guys think.... TIA

oh my bad... it's probably going to be a street daily driven car but still there for the auto x and drag... i'm building a motor now so basiclly just the shell is what i'm looking for... TIA again...

those CRX's are perfect for project cars


if you find a JDM one those are even better...

It's really not that hard. If you lived in Utah it's really easy. There is alot of paper-work to do but it can be done. There's a couple of importers here but they won't tell you for free. How do you think they make their money? The best bet is to go down to your local DMV and ask them about it. Go in person as they usually are not much help on the phone. Also, I like the fact that the SI's have a sunroof and If going JDM the glass top would be cool. But for a drag/track car you might want to go with a std or hf shell and build it from there as they are the lightest. Also, look for a 88 because they are the lightest out of the 88-91's. goodluck
