Default PIC REQUEST: DC2 JDM HID housings VS. non-HID housings + HID's

I would like to see the difference in CUTOFF points between the 2. I was told MTK might have this? Please chime in. Thanks!

no.. i had HID on non-HID ITR headlights a few years ago..but not anymore..

but just look at any integra with HID.. beam is the same as the non-HID ITR headlights.. and the OEM HID ITR headlights will be a much cleaner beam with a sharper cutoff.. basically, if you look at the ground with HID on the non-HID housings, it will just be 2 hot spots of light, and with the OEM HID housings, it will be a wide blanket of even light spread.. its amazing what a few more hundred dollars can give you.. id go all out..

werd up bubb rubb, the non hid projectors and HID projector's are completely different. If you look at the S2K's projector, it's the EXACT same projector they use on the jdm itr lights. the non HID projector's on jdm headlamps are bigger and less curverature.

i think the new Lexus Sc430 uses the same projector as the s2K and JOEM ITR as well.. all 3 made by denso i believe.. and they all have that super wide beam pattern on the ground with that weird curved light bend next to the bumper on the floor..
