progress isnt the most reputable suspension company -- my friend has progress springs on his gsr, and they are nice, but he would much rather have neuspeed components...i think id gravitate more toward a higher quality suspension pieces...what kind of car do you have?

i have a 95 integra...

the kit looks good in person (good weleds, strong material, good bushings), but the mounting looks a bit weird.

Instead of being a " |___| " shape, its more like a " \____/ " but closer to 45 degrees.

I had never heard of them until today. In terms of springs, i am definitly going with either Eibach, HR or ST. I went in to acura to get a ITR rear sway bar and parts, and the guy almost got me to buy the Progress rear swaybar kit. I said i wanted to check it out on the net before i invest in something 2 times the price of the type-r kit

so you're friend would rather have neuspeed, and that makes progress a "non reputable company".....okaaaaay. anyways, progress makes a full coilover kit that is gonna be much better than tein, jic, etc for the same price. really, to get some of the same features in their $1,000 coilover system, you'd have to pay easily 1400, 1500, 1600 from a lot of the jdm manufacturers, but if you like the JDM bling bling, by all means..do it. But when i redo my suspension, going w/ Progress
