Common sense would dictate to me that the VTEC motors would have higher flowing water and oil pumps than the non vtec motors, am i correct in assuming this?

Now if this is correct would a VTEC oil & water pump bolt straight up to a B18A block?

 

First step would be checking out the part numbers.
