I want to hear the idle and stuff like that. I always hear about these cams but have yet to see them in person or hear them, so if anyone has some soundclips or videos please post them!

 

i don't have any clips but i'll tell you the 403's are not bad at all, you get a little more of a rumble sound but other then that they sound virtually stock. As for motor noise I notice a bit more noise almost like the valve springs are out of adjustment but they have been checked and checked again so it must just be the stiffer springs that are causing that

as for the 404's i don't have any personal experance but i have heard that they don't like to idle at the stock settings

 

yea I've researched the 403's and 404's quite a bit, but I just have not heard it yet, I just wanted to hear how bad *** it sounds.

i had the 404's NA and boosted, with the right tuning they idle like stock.
when i was NA i used the safc
and turbo i used chrome and both worked pretty well. just on the louder side w/out a cat converter
