Default Rosenthal Acura (Terrible)

Last week I took my 2000 GSR to Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg Maryland for 30k maintenence. When I go to pick up the car I notice a dent, chipped paint down to the metal on my passenger side door. I informed my service advisor and she offered to fix it for free. I agreed to let them fix it, I pick it up last night and on the way home my car starts stalling, it has less power and seems like it's choking...... the Check Engine light comes on and stays on all the way home. I get home and find a nice lamp and take it outside to inspect the body work they did, HOLY SH#$!..... My car is OEM Black but they painted my passenger door DARK BLUE. WTF.

This Morning I take another look around the car in the sunlight and notice 4 six inch scratches on my front bumper, looks like they hit a fence. ..... I called the Acura 800 number this morning and placed a complaint. Avoid this dealership if you can. I'm going in again tomorow to Settle this.

Jesus...sounds like the really screwed up. I also avoid my acura dealer like the plague for their ridiculous prices and shoddy work. Let us know what happens when you go back to the dealer.

You need to call the GSM of the dealerhip. Thats how I always solved problems. Also if you ever have any work done on your car, do a walk a round with the service writer about existing damage & write down your milage on a business card in case of possible joyriding. (This happened to a friend's S2000 at an Austin, TX dealer.)

thats why i dont take it to the dealer, i take it to a mechanic that i know personally and would never take the car out for a joy ride like that, I can't stand dealerships anymore
