Tire psi need help
I did a search can't find a thing about it for 30 min.
I got Advan RG 16*7.5 +45 offset with 215/45-16 Azenis. The psi was set at 35 front and 33 back. But when the car gets to 80mph on the highway the steering wheel gets very little/sensitive. Right now I got it set 33 front and 31 back it is a little better but not by that such. I remember George Knighton saying if the tire size is bigger than stock the car gets very little/sensitive or something like awhile back.
Can anyone help me with this. Thanks

Mickey, My advice would be to continue changing tire psi til you are happy. It's funny how people will get different results and likes.
Example would be "Stock ITR tire psi for Auto Xing"....I am sure people will come up with all kinds of psi combos for u. Keep testing til your happy!
...Just make sure you have more psi in front then in back, unless you want to have fun getting loose.

How's your alignment, have you had it checked lately?
Ruts in the road can also cause some twichiness.
My 032R's seemed to follow "ruts" where heavy trucks run on the highway, quite a bit. Ed

How much tread do you have?
I just switched my S-03's front/back and now the 'worn' tires are on front again. (the ones that got abused royally at Gingerman in october) I get the 'light' feeling also on the highway with these tires, which i did not get on the tires with 80% tread. (these have about 30% left) Once I noticed how much tread was left on the good tires, i switched them back. Also, my more worn tires follow the ruts in the road so much that it is almost dangerous. Well, only dangerous when braking, that is.
If your fronts have a good deal of tread left, I'd say get an alignment and play with the psi's more.

But if there is a problem with the alignment you can tell that by looking at the inside tread (eating the inside of the tread) of the tires right.
O the car got 11768 miles on it and the tire got maybe 1000 on it.
