it's your ecu, benefit is it runs your car.

I understand that, but why would someone upgrade to a different ecu, and is the P13 my computer?(95 vtec, u.s.) Thanks

95 VTEC has a P13 ecu.

People ugraded ecus to modify fuel and timing.
