Default help with rear brakes/suspension

I got the rear suspension off of a 95 gs-r at the boneyard and am in the LONG and PAINFUL process of putting it on my civic...I have a couple questions that are killing me slowly.

If all of the fluid drains out of the master-cylinder can you still just bleed the system like normal and get all the air out? ie. you don't have to take off the MC and bench-bleed it?
If the rear caliper piston is over-extended to the point that fluid shoots out from around the seal, does that mean it is ruined and needs to be rebuilt? (It wasn't leaking prior to over-extension)

If it does need to be rebuilt, does someone know where I can get a kit or what the part-number is? Acura doesn't sell them and I was only able to find one that NAPA can order for $25 a side and will take a week to get here...

Also, not as pressing, but are the spring/damper rates the same for the rear of a 95 gs-r as for the rear of a 93 Civic EX? (one of the teg shocks is blown because of the redneck that wrenched it off the LCA)
This could save my sanity...thanks
