What kind of suspension does 87 CRX have?
You can get fully adjustable shocks, larger torsion bars, camber/caster plates,
adjustable panhard bar, rear coilovers or springs, rear sway bar, upper tie bar,
polly bushings. It will outhandle any 2G CRX.

And if you put the same amount of money into a 2nd gen crx that all those parts will cost you for that solid axle ugly looking P.O.S., the 2nd gen will out handle it any day of the week---independant suspension yO. Many people on this board know this. So stop smokin' the crills hick.

http://opmmotorsports.com/ They have some good stuff for 84-87 Civics and CRX's.
I personally really like the old Civics. Theyre not as common as 4th gens and have a sweet boxy look. They haul *** with B series also!

wow, i dont agree about the 1g crx's not being able to handle with the later models with same input - i put GC coilovers in the rear, suspension tech sways, bigger torsion bars and 5 way tokicos - awesome...
