It has been 1 month now since you supposedly was suppose to send my pistons out. I sent you 100 dollars thru paypal and also shipped you a boost guage for trade. I have tried to deal with you the best that i can to no avail. So i got curious and did a search in the archives and found 5 post to where you scammed other HT members. What is up with this? And the moderators still let you stay on this forum and take advantage of members. Well I am going to put a stop to it. You screwed the wrong person this time. I am notify my credit card company that i payed thru and giving all information if have to where i shipped my gauge, i am getting with paypal which i payed thru and telling them the same. And am even going to contact your local authoritys in your location. If this comes to know avail. I am coming to collect my self! you can call this bullshit if you wont but we will see!! You should thought about screwing someone over that lives so close to you. I hate to be this way, but this **** is going to stop here.

Man i am not trying to cause problems,but damn you have to admit when you do a search on your name on the honda-tech board and get that many negative post it makes you think. I can retract the post, APOLOGIZE and cancel the paypal action just as easily as i created them. About the guage that i sent you i told you that i was thinking it was a 60mm Apexi gauge and it was in fact a HKS 60mm gauge. I told you that i was sorry and you could send it back to me if you want and we would make it right one way or the other. I got no response so i thought it was cool. You have already got the gauge, send the pistons out and send me a tracking # when i see the actual tracking # i will release your paypal account along with the other 100 bucks.

 

Alright for now it looks like i was in the wrong and was jumping to conclusions about Spoondc4. I totally apologize for creating this post and bring drama to his name on Honda-tech. We have talked on IM and looks like we are going to be able to work something out. Again sorry Spoondc4!!!!

I sent him a money order around decemberishfor 150 usd for the following parts: GSR girdle, windage tray, oil pickup, 6 girdle bolts, and oil pan.
He later tells me at about the 10th, his dad dropped the oil pan, and it got dented. He said he will refund me back $60, but still send me the rest of the parts. today is the 4th of february, he said he sent it by usps, i have received nothing.

I have his phone number, his address that i sent the money order to. He lives in St.petersburg . Would you be able to help me get my money back please? I live in British Columbia Canada. Our exchange rate was so bad during early decemeber. I am a student that took a very long time to save up that money. If you can help me get back my 150 usd taht would be great...

I know this might not mean much, but if someone needed my help to get money from someone from bc, i'd be more then happy to help...

If you can do anything about it, please let me know.
