selling a 98 integra hood but the buyer said it won't fit on to his 97 integra.
can anyone verified this. I have a carbon fiber hood and it fits 94-01 integra...hmmm makes me wonder why OEM hoods are different.

 

I know that the front bumpers won't fit, but I thought that the hoods would.....
BTW: how much are you selling it for....I want to sell my hood b/c I just got a VIS cf hood

 

Hood is the same. It will fit.

And 97 and 98 bumpers are interchangeable as long as you swap the proper headlights to go with them. Otherwise it looks like a$$.

Yes, it will fit. The only difference between 94-97 and 98+ are:
Headlights - more oval in shape
Front bumper - constructed to fit newer headlights, but WILL bolt on to 94-97 body.
Rear bumper - has a sort of "lip" in the rear

There are a couple more insignificant changes such as a small lever under the trunk lid to open it, and stuff like that, but no significant body changes other than the ones listed.

So yeah....the hood WILL fit his car.
