N2O. Street legal, +/- $600 for a good setup, will actually make your MSD setup useful.
The VAFC would also be a great unit, you can expect to pay, what guys, around $400, and I've seen gains up in the 10hp range but I've never seen anything more.

Get rid of the bass-tube & amps. Doorpanels to painted cardboard. Swap leather seats/surfaces for your friends cloth. Rear seats - gone. No spare...just fix-o-flat. Get back the original aluminum honda jack your car came with (that your brother borrowed a year ago) cause it's ligther. Use dynamat for soundproofing...
Make sure you run some fuel-injector cleaner - 44D or F or whatever that stuff was. Target alternative - STP fuel injector cleaner. Also make sure your using Denso or NGK spark plugs...I've seen bosch platinums/autolites/others make less power in Japanese cars. Make sure you torque them down properly (check torque specs against the manual). Clean your distributor cap and rotor. Run a home-depot air-hose/ram-air to your CAI.

well if you're interested in spending a lot of money that probably won't bring you great (but noticable) results perhaps a port & polish would be in your neighborhood.
