i was just wondering if there was a difference between the 88-89 and 90-91 crx headlights? at car parts wholesale, they list under a different item #, but i believe that its the same on another website that also sells replacement parts for honda.

The headlight itself is the same. Its the metal housing that is different.

 

The 88-89's have the side screw holes for the corner lamps. the 90-91's have a sliding plastic piece held in with one screw.

 

do you mean the metal bracket that attach to the headlight, then to the car?

when you replace it, youll need a long extension to get to the one bolt thats on the bottom/back of the light, the head is facing the fender....its a real bitch if you dont have a long extension

 

if interested i have 4 civic headlights for sale, L & R 88-89 and L &R 90-91. $20 each. i am pretty sure as stated the lights themselves are the same just the housings are whats differant.
