used or new how much would it cost for jun type 2 cams vs skunk stage2? ive read that jun type2 is better when running FI while skunk2 stage2 is better for NA? any opinions or experiences? thanks...

 

you are going to have to upgrade the valvetrain in order to extract the potential from either one of those cams....and they are both for NA. cams are the last thing you should be worrying about if you are considering F/I.

 

well i went to team-integra.net and it said that jun was best for FI and it said that included nitrous? is that true? also what is included in a valvetrain? i already have new valve springs.. what else do i need?

 

jun cams would not be good for turbo, but nos would be ok. the vavle train has to specific to the cams. i believe port flow and jun vavle train would be the best (do a search). anything else could cause the cams to break. my friend with a fully built head and stage 3 cams is running 100 of nos, and his car rips!! The vavle train consists of inner and outter springs, and retainers.
