Can I use 89 CRX Si rear hub/bearing assembly on my 88 Civic DX?

My rear bearings are shot and I understand that I'll need to buy a new hub, but they're hella expensive. Can I just use the CRX ones? I have the whole suspension sitting in my garage.

 

both are rear drums right? if so, they should work and since you have both "in hand" its worth a try.
